1. Go to http://www.dmoz.org.
2.When getting to the final stage of categories click on "Suggest URL" link at the top right corner of your screen
3.Enter your blog/site url, title, description and email address in the next page
4.Now enter the captcha, read the submission agreement and click "Submit" and note that you may have to wait for a long while before your site can be listed in DMOZ directory.
